Projects
Brass and Delrin on full threaded Stainless steel rods.
These were made for a customer to fix a problem they were having with a new machine that didn't exactly fit the needs of the employees.
Bronze lead nut (metric)
Replacement lead nut to fix a lathe tailstock. The original design was too weak and kept breaking on the customer. We were able to redesign the part a little bit and it's been in service for years.
Laser cutting
The local power plant needed a tool to fix some M48 threads that got damaged during maintenance, They didn't have room to turn a standard die handle, so we designed and manufactured this tool to fit in a Rigid pipe threading handle.
Aluminum RC transmission cases
Test fit of bearings after machining OP #1
Stainless Steel nozzle
Tapered nozzle, .104" all the way down to .030" Taper and diameter measured with gauge balls with a +.0002" and -0 tolerance. We didn't have time to have a tapered reamer made to the specific angle needed so we bored it with a .025" boring bar. It took a little longer than expected but it was done and delivered on time for the customer to run the test.
CNC chassis
A local engineering firm asked us to manufacture these frames as an attachment point for a drone project.
